You asked for picrures.

Monday night i arrived in the beutiful city of Scalea.

And i met these nice girls who went a little bit crazy helping me (in a good way)

They bought a lots of food.

Pasta, potatos, chicken, meat, fish, bread and cocacolas and i still have little bit left.

And when i went to the beach to set up my tent i found a nice campfire.

And on tuesday i took a little trip around the old town of Scalea.

And there was a lot of stairs, so it was not easy.

And when i left from Scalea the last view was not bad.

I slept somwhere in the midle of nothing again.

Today i found half a bottle of vodka near the road.

One man pulled over and asked how i eat and after explaining in basic italian that people give me food he gave 10 euros. And thats great because i ran out of money on monday already.

One english old couple pulled over and gave me a big slice of pizza.

And you wanted more pictures from the landscape so i took some pictures of todays road.

Great weekend

Friday night i was walking in the city of Amantea to look around.

(The old part of Amantea)

Until a group of people noticed me from a wine bar and asked me to come in.

And they all spoke english so it was very easy for me to chat with them.

And i drank some pretty good wine also but unfortunatly i dont remember the nme anymore. Overall it was very good and relaxing night.

After that i went to one bar to drink some coffe and when i noticed that they are starting to close i brought back my coffe cup and because of that thay gave me two bagsof crossantes. So do goodand good things will happen.

Saturday morning i slept very long because it was raining again and i was in the no mood of getting wet. 

When i eventually woke up i was just enjoying the sea and big waves. And it was bit odd to me to see big waves with no wind. 

Exept for the on time when the wave was so big that it flushed my tent.

Later i found out that in the morning there was a little earhquake.

Saturday i started walkin around 5 pm and i had only walked 1km until a barmen saw me walking and called me to come in.

He then asked if i want something to drink and made me a coctail.
There i had many coctails and constantly something to eat. And he made two paninis to go as well.

Later that night i arrived in the city of San Lucido around 1 am.

There i found another group of nice people in front of a pub.

We had a good night in the pub and one girl had an emty apartment where i could sleep. And that was very good because that night it rained a lot.

And in the morning i still had a lots of sweets from yesterdays night in the pub.

Sunday around 6 pm i went to one bar to drink coffe.
And the barmen started talking to me and when he found out what i am doing he offered me a free meal.

Later that night arrived in some small town and found on place that was open and went in to drink a coffe.

But the workers there were really awsome and young so they started talking immidietly. And offered made a coffe and pizza for me and offered cigarettes and eventually showed me a place where i could sleep.

I spend todays lunch time with them as well.

And then i started walking and after 1 km i found a place with wifi.

Lots of things to do

Yesterday in the first town i bought some crossantes.

And after that all the food i ate was shoclotaes or chips that i bought from the gas staitons.

I also found 5 € near the road. It was actually a miracle that i found it because usually i dont walk on the grass but at that moment a big truck was coming towards me so i went off the road for a moment.

Because im back near the sea i had a chanche to sleep in the beach again.

I discovered that yesterday somewhere on the road (i remember it putting in the bag in the morning) i had lost the tents air ventilation cover.

So now i have to find some kind of replacement for that before its starts raining again.

And unfortunetly it will probably start to rain tonight.

 I also replaced the old broken sign for a new one, but now knowing the weather forecast it would probably been better if i had waited for a few days with that.

I had a nice breakfast just over the road from the place i was camping.

And here is also a wifi so i have been for few hours already and probably a little more before i start my daily walk.

I also want to find a place today where i could buy ducktape to cover some holes in the tent and fix the frame of a tent little bit also i have an idea how i could fix the rubbers on my walking sticks with ducktape.

(Its usually a lot worse)

Found a beer

Tuesday i went to one bar to ask if i could fill my water bottles.
And at that moment there was this man.

He bought a coffe for me and two bags of chips and also gave 5 euros to me.

Later he went home and came back with two slices of cake.

I also talked with the bartender for about 4 hours while i was charging the battery again.

He gave me free coffes while i was in the bar and made 4 coffes to go as well. Also gave a little bit food for go.

After the bar one guy pulled over and wanted to take a photo of me and after that gave me 10 euros.

Its the fist time somebody has given me money for taking a photo with me.

Then i found a beer near the road and it was even cold because it was in the flowing water.

That night i slept pretty close to the road because the road was coming down from the mountains and there wasnt a lot of space.

Yesterday and today i have walked 36 km in the middle of farms and industrial fields.

So its been quite boring and lonely.

Because of that my bag run out of food for the first time in calabria.

So i got few oranges.

And these were my favorite red and sweet ones.

But yesterday nightended perfectly.

I found one building with the lights near the road so i went to sit there.

It turned out to be a pizza restuarant and after few minutes one guy came out and asked if i want come inside ande have a cup of coffe.

And when i got the coffe they asked if i am hungry and then they made ma whole pizza.

Yesterday i realised that i can sleep in pretty loud envoierments.

In the right side there is the road and airport with planes taking off constantly and in the left there is a railway.

Now i arrived in the first town after a long walk and its almost 4 pm which means that everything is about to open and i should get some food..

The only bad thing

Sunday night i did a little side trip to Palmi city to find wifi.
But i found a lot more than just a wifi.
I went to one bar to drink some coffe and then i started talking with the bar owner.

I stayed there about four hours and we talked and watched videos on youtube.

And my italian language gets better every day because most of the people i meet dont speak english.

I slept in the center of city in the corner of one park.

And in the morning i got a nice breakfast and some food to go as well.

In the city of Rosarno i met this nice family.

They made me a panini and gave some other goods.

Later i went to one local bakery shop to drink some coffe to keep me aweke in the night.

And they gave me some food as well.

I slept in the biggest olive farm i have seen so far.

It was about 5km long and i have no idea how wide because it was in the both sides of the road.

The only bad thing is that the rubber tips on my walking sticks are starting to ware out. And i have no idea when im gone find a place where i can buy new ones and if i have the money in that moment.

And 10 minutes ago while i was writing the blog one man just gave me 50g (costs about 10 euros) of tobacco and the only converstaiton we had was where im from.

So now im in the gas station and smoking kinb size cigarette.
